For Windows: Download client from http://home.paulschou.com/pub/ssh.com/SSHSecureShellClient-3.2.9.exe

If you need to tunnel any port go to Edit -> Settings -> Tunneling -> Outgoing -> Add Enter name, port to forward, port to listen on localhost and click Ok. To access the service use localhost:portnum, example localhost: 3306 for mysql

Here is already configured profile for ssh with some services forwarded. Right click on the link and click "Save As" and double click to open.

For file transfer, in the ssh session windows, select Window menu and choose New File transfer to open gui to perform file transfers over scp.
